Gia McGillivray, Esq.
Ms. McGillivray has been licensed to practice law in Nevada since 2002. She also holds a license in Washington State. For more than five years she has devoted a significant portion of her time to maintaining family relationships by representing persons facing possible termination of parental rights. Ms. McGillivray advises Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans and pursues litigation for them to collect fringe benefit contributions from delinquent employers. She has pursued cases seeking post-conviction habeas corpus relief in both state and federal courts. She has handled complex litigation in both state and federal courts. She served as law clerk to Justice Rose of the Nevada Supreme Court. Ms. McGillivray has language fluency in both Russian and Spanish.
