Mr. Christensen has practiced law in Las Vegas for 44 years, primarily in the areas of ERISA General Counsel litigation, business transactions, commercial and general civil litigation. During that time he has tried cases to verdict in Clark County’s Justice and District Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court of Nevada and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Nevada. He has participated in over one hundred administrative hearings and argued multiple cases before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Mr. Christensen served as Chairman of Nevada State Apprenticeship Council from 1984 through late 2017. He has authored legislation and regulations in multiple areas of Nevada’s Statutes. Mr. Christensen is actively involved in his community and serves as Pro Bono Legal Counsel for Provident Community Gardens Association, and is a past Board Member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and the Alumni Association for Brigham Young University in Las Vegas.
