Daryl E. Martin has practiced law in Nevada since 1998, concentrating on labor and employment‑related civil litigation in both state and federal courts. A substantial portion of his practice is devoted to representing Taft‑Hartley employee benefit plans, including prosecuting federal court actions to recover delinquent fringe benefit contributions. His work helps ensure that benefit plans remain properly funded so they can deliver promised benefits to participating employees and their families.
Mr. Martin oversees the firm’s ERISA subrogation practice, further supporting benefit plans’ ability to pay employee medical expenses and meet their ongoing obligations.
In addition to his trial‑level experience, Mr. Martin has handled appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Martin earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Brigham Young University, with a minor in International Relations, and maintains Spanish language proficiency, assisting in the firm’s Spanish‑language matters when needed.
