Mr. Archibald’s practice areas consist of a broad range of matters, including general civil litigation, corporate law, real estate and business transactions, estate planning and representing Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds in all matters, including collection actions, fiduciary breach claims, employment concerns and ERISA compliance. Mr. Archibald’s litigation practice includes complex civil litigation in both state and federal court involving contract, landlord-tenant and surety-related actions, such as payment and performance bond litigation. Mr. Archibald’s transactional practice is predominantly focused in the areas of asset and real estate sales as well as landlord/tenant leases. Mr. Archibald also practices in the area of estate planning. He also has experience in social security matters, State and Federal Trademark matters and lien enforcement.

Mr. Archibald earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2007, his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix in 2010 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah in 2013. As a native of Las Vegas, Mr. Archibald loves and is actively involved in the community, particularly through his association with and service in the Boy Scouts of America program.
