Kevin B. Christensen, Esq.

Mr. Christensen has practiced law in Las Vegas for 35 years, primarily in the areas of ERISA litigation and small business transactions, as well as commercial and general civil litigation. During that time he has tried cases to verdict in Clark County’s Justice and District Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court of Nevada and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Nevada. He has participated in over one hundred administrative hearings and argued multiple cases before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Mr. Christensen served as Chairman of Nevada State Apprenticeship Council from 1984 through late 2017. He has authored legislation and regulations in multiple areas of Nevada’s statutes. Mr. Christensen is actively involved in his community and has sat on the Eagle Board of Review for the Boy Scouts of America locally, and is a Board Member of the Alumni Association for Brigham Young University in Las Vegas.
